Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Due to the bespoke made to order business model, please allow between 4 - 6 weeks for your products to be shipped.  We will contact you when we are ready to ship your goods and confirm all tracking and shipping details.

All UK and domestic orders are shipped via tracked service through our nominate carriers. All UK orders are shipped standard service and are sent free of charge.  All shipments will be tracked and insured against loss with details provided.

European and international orders are shipped under the terms (dap) delivery at place, meaning it is your responsibility to ensure all local taxes and import duties are paid to allow the goods to enter the country of choice.

Filly & Fox are not responsible for these additional charges.

There may be some countries we are unable to ship to, so please advise us via email hello@fillyandfox.co.uk if you have any concerns about receiving your goods.

All European and international shipments are chargeable and will be charged at the most economical rates at the time of shipping.

Due to the nature of our made to order process we do not offer express shipping.

If our customers are happy to wait for the production of our handmade artisan goods, then a few more days to ship should not be too much of an issue we hope.

Any items lost in transit / failed delivery attempts / returned to us for non-delivery will be chargeable if they need to be re-sent. We will contact you if there is an issue to be resolved.
